This page documents the compatibility of the SCSI2SD V6 board.

  • May not work over DB25 cables. Such systems are usually limited to 1.5MB/s SCSI transfers. Use the V5 version instead.
  • May require disabling the SCSI host terminator. The cause of this issue is being investigated.

Known Issues

Roland S760 This sampler does not have an internal 50 pin connector, and only offers a DB25 external SCSI port.
  • It may function if you remove the internal terminating resistors from the S760.
Adaptec 2940 Only works with a single device on the SCSI bus with the internal host terminator disabled.
  • Work is ongoing to resolve issues with this common SCSI card.
Amiga 3000 No workaround currently known for older revision motherboards with soldered-in terminating resistors.
Agilent 1670* Logic Analysers No workaround currently known, host terminator cannot be disabled.
